It is an ancient energy technique that uses palm-healing and life force energy to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Reiki is a form of alternative medicine and can help reduce anxiety and stress. During your session Latricia will use gentle hand movements to guide the flow of healthy energy (reiki) through your body.
